Assembly & Pre-Ride Instructions

Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled, unless you’ve selected our assembly service.

Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

YouTube is a great resource for assembly tutorials and step-by-step guidance. 🔧

IMPORTANT: Before riding, check and tighten all nuts, bolts, and fasteners.

What to Expect by Vehicle Type

  • Dirt Bikes

    Assembly typically includes:

  • Front tire

  • Handlebars

  • Rear shocks

  • Possibly: foot pegs, gas cap

These bikes ship with break-in oil already installed. 🔁 Change the oil within the first 8 hours of riding to prevent engine damage. ⚠ Check the oil level before your first startup. Oil can leak or shift during shipping. If low or empty, fill with quality motor oil before use.

  • ATVs

    Assembly typically includes:

  • All four tires

  • Handlebars

  • Utility racks (if included)

  • Possibly: foot pegs, mirrors, gas cap

These also come with break-in oil, but: ⚠ Always check oil level before starting. Top off with motor oil if needed.

  • Scooters

    Assembly may include:

  • Battery

  • Front tire

  • Mirrors

  • Rear storage box

  • Windshield

Scooters come with oil pre-installed, but it’s still a good idea to double-check levels before first use.

  • Go Karts / UTVs / CUVs

    Assembly typically includes:

  • Tires

  • Seats

  • Top roll cage bars

  • Steering wheel

  • Additional small components

Units ship with break-in oil, but: ⚠ You must check oil level before starting. Add motor oil if necessary.

Failure to follow these assembly and pre-ride steps may result in damage that is not covered by warranty. Let us know if you’d like help arranging professional assembly or support materials.
